It relaxes the muscles and makes the blood flow to increases in particular body parts. This medication has productive properties in treating the erectile dysfunction. But some female consumers are successfully using this drug as well. Clinical trials did not prove that Silagra (Sildenafil Citrate) has a property to pass into the breast milk and harm a nursing baby. Another unsafe reactions may be caused by such medications as; avanafil (Stendra), tadalafil (Cialis), vardenafil (Levitra), cimetidine, bosentan, imatinib, nefazodone; such antibiotics as; clarithromycin, erythromycin, telithromycin; antifungal medications; fluconazole, itraconazole, ketoconazole, miconazole, posaconazole, voriconazole; medications for heart or blood pressure treatment; amlodipine, amiodarone, nicardipine, quinidine; medications for hepatitis C; boceprevir, telaprevir; HIV/AIDS medications; atazanavir, delavirdine, efavirenz, fosamprenavir, indinavir, nelfinavir, nevirapine, ritonavir, saquinavir; seizure medications; carbamazepine, fosphenytoin, oxcarbazepine, phenobarbital, phenytoin, primidone and drugs for tuberculosis treatment; isoniazid, rifabutin, rifampin, rifapentine.

Side effects. During treatment with Silagra (Sildenafil Citrate) patient may face some common and less common but possible side effects such as common side effects; temperature rising or redness on patient’s face, neck, or chest; headache; stomach disorder; diarrhea less common unwanted effects are; face, lips, tongue, or throat swelling; hives; difficult breath taking, vision changes or vision loss; ringing in ears, sudden loss of hearing; feeling heavy or chest pain, pain spreading to the arm or shoulder, nausea, sweating, general ill feeling; abnormal heartbeat; feet, hands or ankles, swelling; short breathing; feeling light-headed. Missed dose. If during scheduled treatment with Silagra (Sildenafil Citrate) medication a single dose has been missed, it can be applied as soon as remembered.
