Side effects. During treatment with Silagra (Sildenafil Citrate) patient may face some common and less common but possible side effects such as common side effects; temperature rising or redness on patient’s face, neck, or chest; headache; stomach disorder; diarrhea less common unwanted effects are; face, lips, tongue, or throat swelling; hives; difficult breath taking, vision changes or vision loss; ringing in ears, sudden loss of hearing; feeling heavy or chest pain, pain spreading to the arm or shoulder, nausea, sweating, general ill feeling; abnormal heartbeat; feet, hands or ankles, swelling; short breathing; feeling light-headed.
