Cialis Soft (Tadalafil)
General information. Cialis Soft (Tadalafil) is one of the drugs in group of medications that are purposed for erectile dysfunction treatment. Its generic name is Tadalafil and the brand name is Cialis Soft (Tadalafil). This drug’s effectiveness and safety was proven during clinical researches. Medication has demonstrated its unique properties in increasing the strength of erection in male body and increasing the sensitivity and sexual excitement in female. Its action, in the organism, makes the muscles to relax and raises the blood flow in certain parts of the body. A breast feeding patients should visit their doctor and consult about safeties of applying Cialis Soft (Tadalafil) during breast feeding period! Clinical trails did not observe a harmful for nursing baby properties of this drug, and it is not known if this medication is able to pass into the breast milk. It is strictly prohibited sole or pass to teenagers under 18 years old!
Dosage. First of all, patient should not split the Cialis Soft (Tadalafil) pills; each tablet has to be taken as one whole dose. Mostly it is applied to improve the erection during sexual act. To gain a better erection the drug can be taken any time when it is needed. In such cases we recommend taking 10 mg of the drug as a starting dose. To treat a benign prostatic hyperplasia, patient should take 5 mg of Cialis Soft (Tadalafil) at same time everyday. The drug can be applied with food or without it.
Precautions. Cialis Soft (Tadalafil) drug is prohibited to use for any kind of treatment to patients that have allergy to tadalafil. It can seriously cripple the health condition. Taking this medication with some nitrates drugs such as; nitroglycerin, isosorbide dinitrate, isosorbide mononitrate, may provide dangerous reaction and unwanted harmful side effects. All these nitrate medications applied with Cialis Soft (Tadalafil) are able to decrease the blood pressure to unsafe for life level. Patients with heart disorders also should never take this drug. Cialis Soft (Tadalafil) provides very strong erection that can last up to 4 h0ours. If the patient is having painful erection more then 4 hours, we strongly recommend calling an emergency medical help! Because a hard and painful erection, that is lasting for too long time, can damage the penis. Another thing that should be mentioned is that this drug is able to decrease the blood flow to the optic eye nerve, and cause a vision loss. Such unwanted effect has been observed in patients older then 50 years old and in those who had such health disorders as; heart disease, diabetes, increased blood pressure, high level of cholesterol, eye problems that patient already had before applying Cialis Soft (Tadalafil), and also were smoking. Listed farther health troubles also do not allow to apply this medicine; heart illness or its rhythm disorder, coronary artery disease; transferred in last 6 months heart attack, unstable blood pressure; disease in liver or kidney; a blood cell disorder, multiple myeloma, leukemia; hemophilia; stomach ulcer; retinitis pigmentosa. If the patient is observing symptoms, that are listed below, during having sex, The medical intervention is strongly necessary. The symptoms are; becoming dizzy or nauseated, having pain, numbness, or tingling in chest, arms, neck, or jaw. Cialis Soft (Tadalafil) will have dangerous for health reactions if will be applied with such medications as; avanafil (Stendra), tadalafil (Cialis), vardenafil (Levitra), cimetidine, bosentan, imatinib, nefazodone; such antibiotics as; clarithromycin, erythromycin, telithromycin; antifungal medications; fluconazole, itraconazole, ketoconazole, miconazole, posaconazole, voriconazole; medications for heart or blood pressure treatment; amlodipine, amiodarone, nicardipine, quinidine; medications for hepatitis C; boceprevir, telaprevir; HIV/AIDS medications; atazanavir, delavirdine, efavirenz, fosamprenavir, indinavir, nelfinavir, nevirapine, ritonavir, saquinavir; seizure medications; carbamazepine, fosphenytoin, oxcarbazepine, phenobarbital, phenytoin, primidone and drugs for tuberculosis treatment; isoniazid, rifabutin, rifampin, rifapentine.
Side effects. Any of side effects provided by Cialis Soft (Tadalafil) are observed in following symptoms: common symptoms are; Acid or sour stomach, belching, heartburn, indigestion, stomach discomfort, upset, or pain. It also has some less common side effects; Bloody nose, body aches or pain, burning, crawling, itching, numbness, prickling, tingling feelings, dry and itching eyes, burning feeling in the chest or stomach, congestion, difficulty with moving, difficulty with swallowing, dry mouth, dryness or soreness of the throat, excessive eye discharge, eye pain. Missed dose. The missed dose can be applied as soon as remembered, except if it is approximately time to apply next dose. Call emergency medical help if the drug is overdosed.
